PRESIDENCY MESSAGE

Dear Amelia Earhart Elementary Families, It is hard to believe that it is already October! Reflections is happening this month. Did you know that for over 50 years the National PTA has directed this program? Reflections is a way for students to express themselves and gain confidence through the arts. This years theme is “Accepting Imperfections” and all entries are due by October 14.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS

We had our “Carnival of Emotions” on September 9. A big thank you to all who volunteered at the carnival to make it such a great success! Money raised will go towards the school play. If you have any feedback or ideas for next year please email US @ ameliaearhartpta@gmail.com

  • Food Pantry: 10/15 (Tuesday)

SCHOOL HIGHLIGHTS

Last month Amelia Earhart students voted on their favorite t-shirt design from our t- shirt contest. We wanted to congratulate Jaylah Aceves with her winning design! The PTA will be giving all students a school t-shirt, at no cost, during school spirit week. We can’t wait for everyone to get their shirt and show their Aviator pride!! The last week of October will be School Spirit Week. We will be having dress up days, activities, prizes, and treats to be reminded how great it is to be an aviator!
